Naveed Asif, Consumer Credit Consultant at the Consumer Credit Advisory Services (CCAS) shares tips for leasing brokers in a new interview with BVRLA Director of Fleet Services Amanda Brandon.
Naveed gives an overview of trends from the leasing broker audit programme, which CCAS carry out for the BVRLA. He also talks about complaint handling, using complaints as a gift and the broker’s role in forbearance support for consumers.
