Navigating complaints post-pause

Members can now access resources to assist them in processing complaints once the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) pause lifts. Guidance includes that provided during this morning’s ‘Navigating complaints post-pause’ webinar, which is now available for all members to watch back online.

In addition, following their address as part of the Compliance Forum, the S&W team created a short document on the Motor Finance Redress Scheme that details what is next for out-of-scope firms. The document gives an update on the current situation and timeline, as well as providing a compliance checklist and overview of key takeaways.
