The Driver & Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA) is currently reviewing the V85/1 form (vehicle tax reminder for heavy goods vehicles) and has launched a survey for which it values BVRLA members’ input.
The DVLA wants to improve its service and understand customers’ requirements and views.
Filling in the survey is voluntary. The DVLA is unable to investigate any queries raised in responses as all replies are anonymous.
All survey responses are captured and stored by a third-party organisation, SNAP Surveys Ltd. To understand how data is used by SNAP Surveys Ltd, its privacy statement can be read online. To understand how data is used by DVLA, its privacy policy is available at DVLA privacy policy - GOV.UK. The DVLA may use artificial intelligence to support its analysis of survey responses.
