Keeping customer care consistent

Customers are at the heart of everything and meeting their needs is crucial to business performance. How to do that effectively will be covered by an expert panel at next week’s Residual Value and Remarketing (RVR) Forum.

The consumer panel will comprise of Marc Palmer of Auto Trader, Simon Palmer of Hendy Group and David Chesterman of GWM ORA. They will share the stage to provide trend analysis, personal learnings, and top tips for keeping consumers happy.

The half-day forum will also feature sessions from cap hpi giving a 24/25 outlook on future residual values, as well as Indicata with an overview of European market trends.

The impacts of the Zero Emission Vehicle (ZEV) Mandate and the delay to the internal combustion engine (ICE) phase-out complete the agenda. Catherine Bowen from the BVRLA’s policy team will be unpacking what these changes mean for used and new EVs.

The RVR Forum, hosted by IM Group, will take place on Thursday 16 November in Solihull. Forum subscribers need to confirm their attendance in advance by emailing [email protected] or using the online order form: Secure your RVR spaces
