How to handle customer complaints relating to the quality of goods will be the focus of an upcoming workshop, hosted by the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS). BVRLA members have been invited to join the session which is taking place online from 09:30-12:30 on Tuesday 13 May.
The workshop is to support firms dealing with motor finance quality of goods issues. Speakers will help members improve their understanding of the various considerations needed in such cases. FOS Director, Viv Kelly will open the session before colleagues from the Consumer Credit Ombudsman present four case studies that span several key issues relating to quality of goods complaints.
The three-hour session is free to attend and designed to be interactive, with delegates given the opportunity to have their questions answered throughout.
