Compliance clarity at upcoming forum

How to remain compliant in a changing regulatory environment will be the focus of the BVRLA’s upcoming Compliance Forum. The half-day event takes place on Monday 15 September in central Birmingham.

With the situation regarding motor finance commissions continuing to develop in response to the Supreme Court ruling and resulting FCA redress consultation, September’s forum is well placed to give subscribers the latest information. Held at Shoosmiths in Birmingham, delegates will hear from sector experts and legal representatives, alongside having the opportunity to connect with other professionals working in compliance across BVRLA membership.

Beyond commissions disclosure, the Consumer Credit Act is facing substantial reform, with a host of additional consultations also taking place that consider sustainability, accounting practices and GDPR.

Subscribers to the Forum programme can send two colleagues to the forum as part of their package. Email [email protected] to confirm attendees or discuss additional places.
