The FCA is holding a webinar on the upcoming Senior Managers & Certification Regime (SM&CR) changes coming into place on 9 December 2019.
From December, BVRLA Leasing Brokers and other FCA solo-regulated firms will be subject to the new regime and are encouraged to get prepared sooner rather than later.
Senior Compliance Officer Adam Holt says; “This webinar will be a valuable opportunity for firms to learn more about SM&CR and how to prepare.”
The BVRLA has published a SM&CR factsheet and provided a SM&CR training course to support members with the transition.
