The BVRLA offers a full programme to help members educated themselves ahead of the Consumer Duty deadline.
The programme is led by three popular online training courses with the association’s experienced trainer Andy Rayner.

- Implementing the new Consumer Duty in your Brokerage
- Consumer Duty: Supervising and Managing your teams
The association now also has two brand new e-learning courses that members can access any time, any where, through the BVRLA’s e-Learning portal:
- Introduction to Consumer Duty – only takes 30 minutes and is part of the Essentials e-Learning package. This is applicable for all job roles.
- Consumer Duty – only takes 30 minutes and is part of our Managers and Compliance e-Learning package. This is applicable to Managers only.
Members to have already signed up to these e-learning packages will see the new modules in their learning account when logging in.
