The BVRLA hosted the ‘SM&CR: are you ready?’ training course last week, and delegates have been quick to provide their positive feedback.
Tim Simcox of TCH Leasing said; “An excellent course, which provided a perfect start point for understanding what is required for SM&CR.”
There is another course date scheduled for September in Stockport that brokers can book on the BVRLA website but additional dates will be added if there is further interest.
Brokers are also advised to have a look at the SM&CR Readiness Checklist on the FCA website (page 73). It gives a good idea of the steps needed to get going on the regime.
The BVRLA’s SM&CR Factsheet has also been recently updated.
