The Financial Conduct Authority’s new rules on Commission Disclosure will come into force from 28 January 2021.
The BVRLA has updated its Affordability and Pre-contract transparency factsheet to include information on the changes and how regulated members can ensure that they have updated their commission disclosure information accordingly.
