The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has published a new Senior Managers & Certification Regime (SM&CR) video to support firms.
The video provides tips for implementing the Certification Regime and Conduct Rules for solo-regulated firms ahead of the deadline on 31 March 2021.
The BVRLA can further support members with SM&CR implementation and is reminding members that there are a small number of spaces remaining for the final SM&CR Development Programme taking place on Tuesday 10 November.
