The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) is hosting a webinar to give more details on the work it is undertaking in the motor finance market. The content will focus on the recently announced work relating to discretionary commission arrangements signed before 28 January 2021. The authority will consider complaints relating to Personal Contract Purchase (PCP) and Hire Purchase agreements.
The action does not relate to Personal Contract Hire (PCH) agreements.
The FCA is hosting a webinar on 24 January to help motor finance firms understand the temporary changes it has made to handling rules for complaints about motor finance agreements involving a discretionary commission arrangement.
