Compliance spotlight on Consumer Duty and Commissions

The first Compliance Forum of 2024 will take place on Thursday 18 April in Birmingham. Current subscribers are guaranteed two spots but need to confirm their attendance, while a limited number of tickets are available for new sign ups.

The Forum will be hosted by Shoosmiths in their offices in Colmore Row, with a 9.30 arrival time for refreshments and networking. Subjects to be covered will include the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA)’s Motor Finance review on Discretionary Commission Arrangements (DCAs), Consumer Duty and Salary Sacrifice Excellence.

Members can secure their spot for the entire 2024 calendar with a full subscription (£600 + VAT for two tickets at each of the three events in 2024). An SME member rate is also available. Compliance Forum dates for the remainder of the year are Thursday 18 July, and Wednesday 6 November.

See the Compliance Forum Subscription page on the BVRLA website for more details and to purchase tickets.
