The Introduction to the Daily Rental Industry course provides a solid foundation of the skills and knowledge required to work in the daily vehicle rental industry.
Ideal for new starters or colleagues who may need a refresher, this course is designed for front of house rental operators, customer service agents, daily rental receptionist staff and daily rental administrators.
Course attendees will learn about 'Best practice' in the industry, achieve a solid knowledge of administration, rental transactions, insurance and customer qualification and consolidate customer service skills including customer complaints.
The next scheduled one-day course is taking place on 23 October in Amersham. The course can also be delivered in-house as part of BVRLA’s in-house training services.
