The BVRLA’s Your Introduction to Daily Rental course has a new trainer, Lorraine Kritzinger, who has spent over 15 years in the automotive industry and has an in-depth knowledge of rental operations.
Lorraine has worked within several dealer-based rental programs on behalf of manufactures such as Vauxhall, BMW, Ford and VW as well as independent rental operators and is keen to share her knowledge and experience with members.
The Your Introduction to Daily Rental course provides a solid foundation of the skills and knowledge required to work as a Customer Service Specialist in the modern daily vehicle rental industry.
At the end of this course attendees will be able to understand 'Best practice' in the industry and achieve a solid knowledge of administration, rental transactions and customer service skills including customer complaints.
