The BVRLA’s instructor led online learning courses continue to gain excellent feedback from members.
The association has already successfully run online sessions for BVRLA Fair Wear & Tear Standard for Cars, BVRLA SM & CR Development Programme, Psychological Profiling for Sales and Reboot Selling Contract Hire for 2020.
All courses have received positive feedback on the content, interactivity and delivery with more sessions scheduled for the rest of 2020.
The most recent online course Fair Wear & Tear Standard for Cars received an average promoter score of 9.4 out of 10.
Rebecca Miller from Activa said “Kevin was brilliant, explained things very well and was engaging.”
Gavin Luchowa from Zipcar UK also gave positive feedback: “This course met all requirements. Good in-depth knowledge.”
