The BVRLA has submitted its response to a Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy (BEIS) consultation on reforming Competition and Consumer Policy in the UK.
The response states the BVRLA’s support for a healthy competition regime but asks for further clarity on the proposals.
The BVRLA also highlighted how aspects of consumer law and the provision of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) in the motoring sector could be strengthened.
