BVRLA issues top tips for rental customers hiring this summer

The BVRLA has issued advice to holidaymakers looking to hire a car this summer, a reminder of what customers need to consider for a smooth rental experience.

The association has also included advice for drivers taking a rented or leased vehicle abroad, which emphasises the importance of having the correct documentation to avoid lengthy delays at the border, or in the worst case, having their vehicle impounded.

Members can access the BVRLA’s Communications Toolkit which contains a suite of useful digital, social media and print resources to help communicate useful advice to customers relating to Top Tips for Renting and Taking a Vehicle Abroad.

More resources will be added to the Toolkit, so members are encouraged to keep checking for new contents. Members wanting to add their own logo to the printed material should contact the BVRLA communications team.
