While whiplash reform measures remain important, government and industry have agreed that now is not the time to press ahead with significant transformational change to the personal injury sector.
The Government has confirmed its decision to delay the implementation of the whiplash reform programme to April 2021, enabling businesses to focus their energies on the Covid-19 response.
