The BVRLA is lifting the lid on how relationships between leasing companies and vehicle manufacturers are evolving. Through a new survey, the association will highlight which topics matter most to those operating in the leasing sector, as well as which manufacturers are setting the standards for others to reach.
The inaugural report is being launched at Company Car in Action at Millbrook (Beds) on Wednesday 12 June. There, delegates will see who tops the list and understand how the collective needs of the sector are changing.
Leasing members can sign up to Company Car in Action for free now, the report launch will take place in the main theatre from 2pm on Wednesday 12 June.
The BVRLA has worked with independent research partner ExpertEye to survey its leasing members on their relationships with OEMs. Thirty-two major leasing companies participated, providing feedback on 23 manufacturers. The results represent around 60% coverage of cars operated within the FN50.
The BVRLA hopes that the survey will facilitate constructive and objective dialogue between OEMs and lease companies. It gives robust insights into the most important service areas provided by OEMs, showing which of them are providing the highest levels of service as well as where lease companies would appreciate greater levels of support.
Registrations for Company Car in Action are now open. Leaseco members can sign up for free.
