Members needing to stay on top of key rental processes such as customer qualification, data protection and Rental Vehicle Security Scheme (RVSS), can access a new e-learning package from January.
Learners will be able to demonstrate knowledge and expertise by completing these modules and more and also demonstrate their firm’s compliance to the BVRLA’s Rental Code of Conduct.
Currently, the association’s Rental Working Group is supporting the Learning and Development team with alpha and beta testing and reviews of the new package.
