Training offer for rental members extended

As the busiest time of the year draws to a close for rental members, the BVRLA’s Learning and Development offering continues to support the rental sector with a 2FOR1 offer on selected courses.

The BVRLA rental offering can support teams with a variety of instructor-led courses, online assessments, plus a suite of free training resources. Feedback regularly praises the programme for its course content, interactivity, and delivery.

Rental trainer Ilaria Pareto has decades of rental industry operational and training experience. She has recently trained delegates on:

  • the Department for Transport’s Rental Vehicle Security Scheme: an integral part of the BVRLA’s Code of Conduct
  • Your Introduction to the Rental Industry course, which is ideal for new starters or colleagues who may need a refresher. Attendees are taken through best practice for administration, rental transactions, insurance, and customer qualification & service.

Of the Introduction to the Rental Industry course, Glenn Verdon from Easirent commented: “As a National Manager and a previous Regional Training Manager, I found the course to be excellent. Great core material, I learnt things that I didn’t know and re-learnt things that I have forgotten over time. Excellent trainer, thank you Ilaria.”

The BVRLA is offering further support for the rental sector with its 2FOR1 offer on the ‘Your Introduction to the Rental Industry’ courses during 2022. The 2FOR1 offer applies for two spaces on booked at the same time. Delegates can attend courses on different dates and delegate details can be confirmed closer to the course running.

The full rental programme contains courses for team members of all levels of experience and spans operational and skills-based disciplines.
