The BVRLA would like to remind members that the TCFD (Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures) reporting requirements legislation comes into force this week on 6 April 2022.
This legislation means any BVRLA members with more than 500 employees and an annual turnover of more than £500m will need to start disclosing climate-related financial statements as part of their annual strategic report.
