New toolkit with leasing tips for customers

Members can now access a suite of free printed, digital and social media communication tools produced with some tips for customers on looking after a leased vehicle, including servicing and maintaining it.

Members can use the toolkit collateral to remind customers of some simple looking after their lease vehicle messages, such as; asking their leasing company for a copy of the BVRLA Fair Wear & Tear Guide,  understanding their servicing and maintenance obligations, following manufacturers’ fuel recommendations, watching out for dashboard messages, checking for and repairing minor chips, scuffs and scratches and checking tyres every 4 to 6 weeks.
