The BVRLA has added new dates for two of its flagship training courses due to high demand.
The two-day Selling Contract Hire course equips delegates with the knowledge and confidence to promote their organisation's services and products in a more professional and engaging way.
At the end of this course delegates will have gained an improved knowledge of funding options, increased sales effectiveness skills and an understanding of how to develop opportunities to present products to customers in innovative and engaging ways.
Autumn dates have been added for the Certificate in Fleet Management, a nationally recognised professional qualification run by the Institute of Car Fleet Management and externally accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management.
This programme has been designed to give participants an insight into current best practice for effective fleet management. It will help delegates to develop and deliver customised fleet solutions to prospective and existing clients.
