Members can get exclusive insights and analysis of industry trends at the time and place that works for them, via the BVRLA’s The Inside Track podcast.
The diverse programme sees guests giving their views on where the industry is going, reacting to market developments and sharing examples of best practice to inspire and support others. The BVRLA has recently launched a dedicated mini-series titled Rental Matters in partnership with United Rental Group.
The first episode ‘Are You Doing Enough to Protect Your Fleet?’ is now available. It features Ahron Tolley, Director, W4G Asset Solutions, drawing on his experience in the police force and in rental vehicle security, joined by the BVRLA’s Greg Theaker and Adam Forshaw.
The focus of the episode is on helping rental companies of all sizes to keep stock, sites and staff safe, reducing fraud, and proactively managing vehicle security risks.
The series will expand over the coming weeks to explore topics including insurance, marketing, and more operational support for members.
In addition to Rental Matters, some of the recent episodes on the Inside Track feed are:
- ‘HGV Electrification: Changing the way we move’ with Mike Nakrani from VEV, which explores the electrification of heavy goods vehicles, the tech, challenges and infrastructure requirements.
- ‘What’s going on in the Used EV market? – Lessons from Leasing’ with Ian Hughes, Chair of BVRLA’s Leasing and Fleet Management Committee, which discusses the used BEV market, leasing sector adaptation and linkages between new/used channels.
