Sales courses launched to support FCA-regulated members

In its recent motor finance report, the FCA has emphasised the importance of giving customers the right information at the right time to help them make an informed choice about the product they choose.

To help support regulated members with FCA-compliance the BVRLA has launched two new training courses:

 

Compliant Selling – Selling with Integrity is a one-day course designed to help the learner to understand the regulatory requirements of selling in order to prevent consumer detriment, protect the employer’s reputation and attract repeat business.

 

This course is ideal for those who want a greater understanding of how and why FCA requirements shape the sales process.

 

Compliant Selling – The Roadmap to Successful Sales is a one-day course designed to help the learner gain the necessary competences to support a compliant sales process by teaching them how to ask the right questions to ensure that the customer is offered the right product.

 

This course is suitable for any sales broker who would like to improve their ability to deliver a compliant sale and to close a deal that is right for the customer.
