In the next few weeks, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) will be writing to companies in the rental, leasing and fleet sector to remind them of their legal responsibility to pay a data protection fee.
Members can visit the ICO website for more information and pay the fee or complete the form to explain why their organisation is exempt from paying the fee.
