FCA consults on Brexit plans

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has published a further consultation on its approach to the UK’s exit of the EU.

The consultation paper principally focuses on a range of Handbook and EU-derived Binding Technical Standards (BTS) amendments which were not included in earlier consultation papers issued in October.
It also consults on:

  • Further amendments to the Handbook regarding the Temporary Permissions regime
  • Amendments to the Handbook to reflect the new Credit Rating Agency and Trade Repository regimes
  • Its approach to non-Handbook guidance and forms that appear in the Handbook

The consultation is open until 21 December 2018.

Further information can be accessed on the FCA's website.
