Delegates praise Fair Wear & Tear Standard for Cars

The BVRLA’s instructor-led online Fair Wear & Tear Standard for Cars training course has received more excellent feedback on its content, interactivity, and delivery - all of which gives delegates more confidence when carrying out inspections.

This online course focuses on cars and MPVs up to eight seats and is suitable for all staff at all levels. This includes any that works as Fleet Operators, Fleet Managers, Service Managers, Customer Service, Administrators, Drivers, or any other role within the industry who regularly discusses the condition of vehicles with customers, either before, during or on termination of a leasing contract.

Assessing the condition of a vehicle at the end of a lease is fundamental to BVRLA members' business proposition. This course is designed to teach delegates about the practical application of the BVRLA's Fair Wear & Tear Standards and Code of Conduct and features a variety of interactive learning methods.

After taking part in the course, Christopher Browne from Crystal Collections commented; “For me who is relatively new to this industry, the course was excellent as it has given me greater confidence in carrying out inspections and collections. The manner in which it was delivered was excellent and made it interesting and enjoyable. Thank you.”

Rebecca Miller from Activa added; “Kevin (the trainer) was brilliant, explained things very well and was engaging."

The next course has available space and is on Wednesday 9 December 2020.
