The BVRLA has submitted its formal response to the HMRC's recent consultation on the Tax Administration Framework.
In the response, the association raised concerns about the low levels of digitisation in the taxation services of the DVLA.
The BVRLA also suggested that DVLA functionality could be integrated with wider HMRC tax functions.
