BVRLA launches new Daily Rental course

The BVRLA is pleased to announce the launch of its new ‘Your Introduction to the BVRLA and Daily Rental Industry’ course in 2022. This course will provide a solid foundation of the skills and knowledge required to work in the daily vehicle rental industry.

Ideal for new starters or colleagues who may need a refresher, the course is designed for front-of-house rental operators, customer service agents, daily rental receptionist staff and daily rental administrators.

Course attendees will learn about 'best practice' in the industry, achieve a solid knowledge of administration, rental transactions, insurance, and customer qualification, while also consolidating customer service skills including complaints.

The course will be led by the BVRLA’s new rental trainer Ilaria Pareto, who has spent more than a decade in the rental industry with Hertz UK and Europe, bringing in-depth knowledge of rental operations and training. Ilaria has worked on several learning and development rental programmes where she has supported leaders and their teams in navigating change, developing a growth mindset, and achieving personal and organisational performance.

Delegates will have a choice of either attending online or face-to-face with the instructor, or if your company would like an on-demand course dedicated to your staff, email [email protected]

The next scheduled one-day instructor-led online course is taking place on 9 February 2022.
