BVRLA interview focuses on customer payment issues

The latest BVRLA Interview sees Rob King, Business Development Manager at Legate Group talk to BVRLA Director of Fleet Services Amanda Brandon about customer payment difficulties.

Speaking in the 15-minute interview, Rob gives some hints and tips on how members can be proactive with customers who may be heading towards a default situation or have criminal intentions.

Rob also talks about how Legate can help members with ensuring they get their assets back.

He also highlights the signs to look out for to indicate that something is going wrong for a customer with the easing of lockdown restrictions and less customers being offered forbearance or coming to the end of payment deferrals. This includes how to tell if there is criminal intent or is it just an inability to pay and what to do if there is radio silence from the customer.
