After a detailed tender selection process, the BVRLA can announce the appointment of Product Partnership Limited (PPL) to support the provision of its Leasing Broker Governance Programme, effective from 1 October 2021.
PPL is a specialist compliance consultancy with significant knowledge of, and experience in working with, motor dealers and finance brokers. It conducts regular auditing of these entities, focusing on the specific requirements of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA)’s CONC and SYSC sourcebooks.
PPL’s extensive knowledge and experience in the industry gives the association confidence in its ability to conduct the Leasing Broker Governance Programme, and is already working with the association on its audit schedule.
