Boost confidence in EV adoption

As EV adoption continues to progress across the industry, it is crucial that members’ staff develop knowledge to effectively support customers in the adoption of electric vehicles.

The BVRLA’s training course 'Electric Vehicles: What do your customers expect you to know' provides a full overview of the EV landscape, current market entrants and valuable advice for supporting customers' need for technical operational support.

At the end of the course, attendees will:

  • Have the confidence to communicate with drivers, customers and fleet operators and support them adapting to EV driving
  • Be able to explain how to avoid and overcome common issues with EV driving
  • Have awareness of the current and developing EV market
  • Understand the EV charging landscape and how to confidently explain this to a customer.

Aimed at customer service and operational support teams who provide day-to-day guidance to fleets and drivers, this course is suitable for staff at all levels of the customer support function.  It will also provide useful insights for staff in Sales, Account Management, Customer Services, fleet and operations and other driver support roles in the industry.

The next available date is 15 May 2024 via Zoom. Email the BVRLA’s Learning and Development team to book a place or find out more: [email protected].
