Address the challenges of 2024 head on

Vehicle supply levels may be returning but the issues have been swiftly replaced by shortages of parts and labour instead. The Zero Emission Vehicle Mandate comes into effect this week and its impact on driving supply of ZEVs to the UK market will be the topic of intense scrutiny.

Having replaced the Technical and Operational Management Forum last year, the Vehicle and Fleet Management (VFM) Forum helped delegates address the challenges of 2023. The programme in 2024 is supported by Fleet Assist and is built around three key themes:

  1. Vehicle servicing and managing mixed fleets
  2. Telematics and handling data
  3. Vehicle repairs and reducing downtime.

The 15 February Forum will be hosted at DAF Trucks in Haddenham, Buckinghamshire. The agenda will include sessions and insights spanning lessons learnt from HGVs; particulates, tyre wear and connected vehicles, from Kwik Fit; parts pricing, electrical components and ‘on the drive repair’, with i247 and Fleet Assist; and accident repair and the claims cycle with The AA.

Attending the Forums requires an annual subscription fee of £600+VAT. Each subscription grants two members of your team a ticket to every VFM Forum throughout 2024. Against the individual ticket price for each forum, the subscription saves around £390 over the year.

 2024 Forum dates:

  • Thursday 15 February, hosted by DAF in Haddenham, Bucks
  • Thursday 06 June, hosted by Toyota in Derby
  • Thursday 14 November, online.
