Unlocking buyer psychology with NLP webinar

Members can now sign up for a free webinar to help them get inside the mind of a buyer. Forming part of the Quick Wins series from the BVRLA Learning and Development Team, the session will take place on 24 June at 10am with NLP (neuro linguistic programming) Master Practitioner Roy McDonald.

NLP techniques improve behavioural skills and enhance communication, rapport building and goal setting. Collectively, the skills shared in the webinar will help members start to make a positive impact on business performance by better understanding what matters to their customers and how they think.

Roy’s background is in sales, management and leadership within several sectors including the automotive and ERP (enterprise resource planning) industries. He has been successful in training and coaching teams, individuals, and senior managers – helping them to achieve their business and personal goals. This webinar is a taster of what the NLP full course offers delegates.
