Setting the stage for 2024

Thousands of member colleagues have benefited from BVRLA training this year, expanding their knowledge and competence across critical topics.

The association has trained 800 delegates across 109 instructor-led courses. Furthermore, 2,198 individuals have packages on the revamped e-Learning Platform, while 24 tailored, on-demand courses were delivered at members’ convenience. The On-demand programme is delivered at a time and place that suits the member and their people, in person or online.

Satisfaction with the trainer and courses has scored well in 2023:

  • Average Trainer Satisfaction: 4.96 out of 5
  • Average Value for Money: 4.32 out of 5
  • Overall Satisfaction Rating: 4.72 out of 5

The top three instructor-led courses for the year were:

  1. Electric Cars - what do your customers expect you to know?
  2. BVRLA Fair Wear & Tear Standard for Cars
  3. Penalty Charge Notice Masterclass

The BVRLA’s Learning and Development team have delivered the courses and e-learning modules that have supported members with many key topics in 2023, for example Consumer Duty. The team would like to hear from you on your likely key pain points in 2024, to enable them to look at programming for the new year and ensure the right topics are covered.
