On 4 September, members, industry partners and stakeholders will gather in Edinburgh for a Destination Charging Reception as part of the ongoing Bon VoyCharge campaign.
It is free to attend and spots can be secured online now.
The Bon VoyCharge campaign is spending the summer travelling the UK, shining a spotlight on the need for more EV chargepoints at key tourist destinations. Working with MPs, local authorities, and industry partners, the campaign has been gathering insights into what is and isn’t working in the rollout of destination charging and identifying the gaps that risk holding back EV adoption.
The Edinburgh event will be followed by a Parliamentary Reception in Westminster, where findings from the summer tour will be shared with policymakers. If members would like to attend, email [email protected] to express interest, the association will be in touch to confirm your place.
EVA England, a partner in the Bon VoyCharge campaign, is running a nationwide survey of drivers to build a clear picture of the opportunities and challenges facing people today when it comes to EV adoption. The survey is open to all drivers, not just EV users, it looks at experiences with vehicle ownership, as well as views on what can be done to better support EV drivers and encourage more drivers to switch to electric.
