Designed to develop the knowledge, skills and capabilities of staff working in the vehicle rental and leasing sectors, the BVRLA’s online instructor-led courses continue to receive positive comments from members.
All courses have been sold out so far this year and have received reassuring feedback on the content, interactivity and delivery. In the packed 2021 schedule, there are several new courses that are debuting such as Electric Vehicles (Cars) – Operational Technical Support and Remarketing for Fleet Professionals Masterclass which can be booked now.
The most recent online course - Complaints Management in a Regulated Environment (Forbearance and Safeguarding) - received an average course rating of 4.6 out of 5.
Jane Copping from SG Fleet said “Firstly, would like to thank Tony and the team at BVRLA. The course covers all pre questions I had regarding structure of complaints and timescales of follow up and answers. All bits covered from the smallest of details to the main points. Would recommend to anyone that's either thinking of a refresh or wants to learn and help tackle everyday situations. A massive thank you.”
Jodie Woodcock from Gateway 2 also gave positive feedback: “I found it really useful, being new to complaints and working on my own at home I wanted to have a little more confidence, understanding and awareness. This course has done just that! Thank you.”
