Designed to develop the knowledge, skills and capabilities of staff working in the vehicle rental and leasing sectors, the BVRLA’s online instructor-led courses continue to receive positive comments from members.
All courses have been sold out so far this year and have received reassuring feedback on the content, interactivity and delivery. In the packed 2021 schedule, there are several new courses that are debuting such as Electric Vehicles (Cars) – Operational Technical Support and Remarketing for Fleet Professionals Masterclass which can be booked now.
The most recent online course - Complaints Management in a Regulated Environment (Forbearance and Safeguarding) - received an average course rating of 4.6 out of 5.
