No Deal Brexit guidance updated

The Brexit guidance pages on the BVRLA website have been updated to reflect the latest information from Government regarding a No Deal Brexit.

The updated No Deal Brexit guidance includes information about the steps that the government may take to help support the fleet sector in the event of a no deal Brexit, particularly around vehicle supply and employment.

Crucially, the BVRLA is also reminding members of the importance of the vehicle on hire certificate (VE103), which drivers of rented or leased vehicles need when taking their vehicle abroad.

The VE103 is the only legally recognised alternative to the vehicle registration certificate. With border controls likely to be tougher once the UK leaves the EU on 31 October, members are being reminded to advise customers of the importance of having the right documentation. Further information on VE103s on the BVRLA website.
