New EV operational support course

The BVRLA’s latest Quarterly Leasing Survey (Q3 2020) revealed that nearly one-fifth of BVRLA members’ leasing fleet now has some of electrification, so it is crucial that the industry develops its knowledge to support customers in managing their zero emission cars and vans.

The BVRLA has created a new Electric Vehicles (Cars) Operational Technical Support course, led by an instructor who will provide a full overview of the EV landscape, a run-through of current and future market entrants and valuable advice for members supporting their customers need for technical operational support.

The trainer, Jon Burdekin, is an expert in the adoption of EVs into company fleets and has 30 years’ experience in the UK leasing and fleet finance industry, having previously worked for Alphabet GB Ltd and GE Capital Fleet Services.

This course is aimed at customer service and technical operational support teams who provide day-to-day advice and guidance to fleets and drivers and is suitable for staff at all levels in customer support functions. It will also provide useful insights for staff in Sales, Account Management, Customer Services, fleet and operations and other driver support roles in the industry

At the end of the course, attendees will:
