The BVRLA is launching a new interactive e-Learning module focussing on ‘Selling Personal Contract Hire (PCH)’, which is available from Monday 8 February.
PCH is one of the automotive sector’s most popular motor finance products and the new comprehensive, bespoke Selling PCH e-learning module will support compliance and help learners to better anticipate and respond to customer questions relating to motor finance.
The new module leads learners through the customer qualification process which includes a consistent and evidenced-based 9-step approach to ‘Know Your Customer’ and supports compliant sales.
BVRLA Head of Learning & Development, Mark Pow said: “Whilst meeting regulatory standards, learners will enhance their firm’s reputation and build trust and empathy in all customer interactions.
