The BVRLA has published a ‘Frequently Asked Questions’ document to provide practical answers to many of the questions members have raised since the Supreme Court’s ruling on the motor finance case “Hopcraft and another (Respondents) v Close Brothers Limited (Appellant)”
Having collated all questions shared with the BVRLA via the [email protected] inbox, direct engagements with members, and two webinars, responses have been provided by the association’s legal counsel at Norton Rose Fulbright.
The resulting Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) document provides some practical answers to help members understand the implications of the judgement and regulatory position of those operating in this space.
Download the FAQs document via the Member Hub now (document found under webinar links).
Further context and discussion took place the BVRLA's second member-only webinar, which took place on Thursday 7 August. Members can watch the session back via the BVRLA website.
