Have you considered on-demand training?

Over 55% of the BVRLA’s instructor-led training courses are now being delivered to members directly, through its on-demand offering.

The on-demand courses are exclusively for a specific member’s business. The bespoke on-demand courses take place at a member’s premises or online with the option to tailor content to suit the business needs. All courses are delivered by industry experts who have extensive experience in working with organisations to address their learning and development requirements.

The BVRLA can offer a one-off training course to fill a knowledge gap, or a whole programme of training. The association has supported both Leasing Broker and Rental members with their learning and development needs, working with groups of all sizes.

Any of the BVRLA’s portfolio of training courses can be run as an on-demand course. If the courses don’t exactly match your requirements, one of the association's highly skilled trainers can create a tailored programme to meet exact needs.

The most recent on-demand courses have covered a variety of topics including Electric Vehicles (Cars) Operational Technical Support, Implementing the new Consumer Duty in your Brokerage training and Understanding Salary Sacrifice.

During 2022 the BVRLA proudly supported a record number of members through on-demand support, training 441 delegates across 39 courses.

A previous booker said; “The BVRLA training for <large rental member> was very well structured and delivered by the trainer. We would highly recommend the on-demand offering, as tailoring the course for our business needs was invaluable.”

The BVRLA’s on-demand courses have scored an average course rating of 4.85 out of 5 with delegates. One recipient, Daniel Clegg of MW Vehicle Contracts Ltd commented; “Worth every penny! The convenience of having a BVRLA trainer on site for two days as opposed to sending everyone away was very important to us and the training itself was brilliant.”
