With just four weeks to go until the BVRLA’s Leasing Broker Conference returns, the third session on the agenda can be revealed as a panel session on all things AI and chatbots.
The session will include a look at artificial intelligence (AI), including programmes such as Chat GPT and Bard, as well as other forms of AI content creation support. The difference between AI, Automation and Machine learning will be examined and the session will feature a look at where AI can support broker operations – in customer service, marketing, or tackling fraud.
Other sessions at the Conference include a panel session on Consumer Duty, plus keynote speaker Brian Hilliard presenting on the UK economy. An Industry Outlook panel will bring together leading voices from across the leasing broker landscape, including funders, to take a deeper look at the current trends and what opportunities may arise through the remainder of 2023. Closing the formal agenda will be a keynote speech from David Hieatt, an entrepreneur who will draw from his experiences to talk about ‘brands with a purpose… why they do better and matter more’.
Tickets for the 2023 conference are free to BVRLA leasing broker members. They must be reserved in advance via the event website. This year’s conference is taking placed in central Birmingham on Wednesday 21 June and is supported by DAVIS, Fleet Procure, Hypervolt, Leasing.com, Leasys, Motor Complete and QV Systems. Broker News is the official media partner.
