Following successful lobbying by the BVRLA, the DVLA is making changes this summer to its BERT Vehicle Re-licencing System, which will allow members to re-licence electric vehicles and vehicles over three years old through the system.
The change will apply whether members use the system directly or via a third party and the DVLA will be in touch directly with users on these changes.
