Insights from the association’s recent Industry Outlook Survey have helped to shape the agenda of the event and will be under the spotlight in a panel session of industry leaders. The panel will discuss key topics of market outlook, strategic priorities, regulation and compliance and technology.

Rental and leasing members will be able to take part in targeted breakout sessions that will provide the chance to hear about the factors that most impact their operations and the solutions for success. The ‘Rental Roadmap’ will be hosted by United Rental Group and the ‘Leasing Lowdown’ by Ralph Morton, editor of Broker News and Fleetandleasing.com. Both sessions will also draw out findings from the Outlook Survey.

David Smith, Economics Editor at The Sunday Times, will give a status update and forecast for the UK’s key economic indicators as we go into 2024. A second raft of breakouts will give delegates the choice to attend masterclasses on ‘Keeping customers happy’ and ‘Keeping vehicles on the road’, which will address key pain points of BVRLA members and present the latest solutions.

The full-day Industry Outlook Conference is taking place on Wednesday 6 December at the British Motor Museum, Warwickshire (CV35 0BJ). Tickets are available exclusively to BVRLA members for £270 + VAT. A special rate is available for SME members, email [email protected] to check eligibility and book.

The BVRLA Partners helping to make the event happen are AVILOO, Coastr, Kwik Fit, Sofico and United Rental Group.
