Do you have unanswered questions relating to the Consumer Duty regulations? Are you sure you are meeting the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA)'s expectations?
The BVRLA has launched a brand new programme of learning on Consumer Duty regulations to answer questions and boost confidence with meeting the FCA's expectations.
It is open to anyone involved with or responsible for the monitoring, analysing, or reporting of customer outcomes and preparing for an audit.
The 5-step programme provides additional practical insights and guidance around all aspects of compliance within the new regulatory framework. As the Duty is outcomes focussed, the workshop stage of the programme offers the chance to gain further clarity and understanding of its requirements. The next course date is 19 June - the last session running before the final July deadline.
The key learning outcomes include:
- Reflect on how the four core Consumer Duty elements have been embedded and integrated into your business and the impact this has had on your processes, staff, and customer experience
- Focus on what you need to do regarding your ongoing monitoring and reporting obligations under the new Duty (Including preparation for your Board Report assessment and BVRLA Audit).
This course, alongside the whole course portfolio, can be 'Driven by You' exclusively for your business. Visit the BVRLA Driven By You page to find out more.
