The NCLCC was established in 2018 and is a partnership between the police and the National Crime Agency (NCA) set up to address the challenge faced by law enforcement in tackling a drugs model used across different forces. County Lines is a drugs distribution model using mobile phones, drugs are exported from major cities and imported into other areas, often using vulnerable adults and children.

These free online awareness sessions are designed to give staff within the car rental industry an understanding of County Lines as an issue that involve drugs, violence, gangs, trafficking, modern slavery, and child criminal exploitation. it will also equip attendees to recognise the signs and act.

The sessions are on the following dates and last for one hour:

Monday 7 March 1pm – County Lines and criminal exploitation training for the car rental sector

Tuesday 8 March 10am – County Lines and criminal exploitation training for the car rental sector.
